Refund Policy

At Fittoss, we believe in transparency and fairness. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

 

1. Webinar Registration Refund Policy

The webinar registration fee is refundable only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The participant raises a refund request within 72 hours (3 days) of purchasing the webinar slot, and

  • The request is submitted only through our official refund request channel: https://fittoss.com/raise-request

 

No Refund After 72 Hours

  • No refund will be permitted after 72 hours from the time of purchase.

  • Webinar registrations are non-transferable after this period.

 

In Case of Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If Fittoss cancels or reschedules the webinar, the participant will be offered one of the following options:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free transfer to the next available webinar batch

 

2. Refund Policy for Other Fittoss Programs (Non-Webinar)

For any Fittoss program purchase other than webinars, a refund will be applicable only if:

  • The customer raises a refund request within 30 days of purchasing the program, and

  • The request is submitted through the official refund request channel:

Important Notes

  • Refund requests submitted through any other medium (email, WhatsApp, call, social media, etc.) will not be considered.

  • All refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment.
  • All approved refunds will be processed within 6-7 working days
